Earlier this year I was listening to a financial podcast that compared Black Friday sale to Memorial Day sale, and I found it interesting that the data they collected proved more benefit during the Memorial Day sale! I don’t know about you, but, I feel I benefit far more during the Black Friday sale. Especially when purchasing items for our home. - Set a BUDGET : Please do this. We all have endured, witnessed, or hear of the struggles of 2020. If we can take anything away from it, its setting a goal fro every dollar in your possession. Lets not break the bank or have to walk on egg shells all because we weren’t responsible enough to set a budget!
- KNOW what you NEED : As mentioned before, this time of year can be VERY tempting to purchase many unnecessary things. Know what items you NEED versus items you WANT. For instance, if your Keurig machine still operates without any issues and you only want to update it because theres a new one…. Leave it. I can feel the coffee lovers pinching me but its okay. If someones gonna tell ya, it’ll be me!
- Compare prices : Be sure you don’t buy on impulse and end up with not much of a deal. If the discount is $2, Im sure you can find an even better deal + FREE SHIPPING! Be smart and shop around. There are even companies that will price match! That my friend is called winning!
